Succulent Pots

I planted pots filled with succulents over the weekend.  I am hoping they will be a little more heat tolerant than other plants.

This is a little wall pocket I bought from the Etsy shop, Bella Inspirations.

I planted three little plants in it.

What new have you planted in your garden?

  9. Hello friend! I love your wall pocket. It's my first time to see one. What I see most of the time are hanging pots. It's my first time to see a plant mounted on a wall with that beautiful pocket.

Thank you for sharing this piece of beautiful nature!

  12. Very nice combination. You just remind me of some succelants that our friend gave to us a few months ago which have been fairly negelected by us. Thank you for the inspiration.

  13. I planted succulents, my favorite plants for Florida or North Carolina mountains. I have them in both places because they will survive alone for months, just get warm species or cold species. I love the textures and colors.

  14. Very pretty! We are on our way back to the high seas for a few weeks so I'm not planting, but will be taking pictures of plants that we see in our travels to add to my image garden. :)

I'm so glad to see people patronizing Etsy shops. ;) It's amazing what pretty hand made and vintage items can be found there. I even found a post card that had been printed in my grandfathers print shop from 1910. Amazing. After finding Etsy that way, I opened my own shop for my hand made things.

    Hugs,
    Lois

  20. I love the succulents in the large planter and they are hard to kill. I bought two of those same planters at an estate sale last weekend for twelve dollars for the pair...I was thrilled. The pocket is darling. Do not over water the succulents btw. hugs♥O

  23. I love all cactus (cacti?) too. Your arrangements are terrific. And to think that they will keep looking great, even better, as the season rolls along! No deadheading, no pruning, and they don't seem to demand fertilizer.
