Inspirational Art

Wednesday, June 1, 2011

I am still in the planning stage of our art studio, but I wanted to share with you an inspiring piece of art I recently bought for it.  I do not know anything about the artist other than her name is Ginger, and her pieces often incorporate inspirational quotes.  This piece has Matthew 19:26 written on it:

"With God, all things are possible."

Until next time...

  4. Hello Ricki! I love the variety of materials Ginger used in that piece of art work. The antique key, scrabble pieces, it's amazing how the artist have combined these pieces to form an amazing work of art. :)

  5. I just love art made with all the mixed media and found stuff. I have a whole bag of old letter tiles. I would love to do something with them. It is cute I can see why you would buy it.

  12. OHmy! That looks like a beautiful inspirational mixed media piece! Very nice indeed!!

What is this "our art studio" thing about? Is it as easy as "duh Daniella, just read the about me", or is it something I am supposed to know???

  13. I am so anxious to see more of your studio. I just LOVE this piece. So pretty and the scripture is so true.

Thanks so much for following my painting the table and all the pitfalls I've met. You have to understand that I was never, ever very creative or crafty and was content with my talent-less state UNTIL I fell in with all you talented bloggers. I see ya'll doing all these wonderful projects and I just HAVE to try. ;))
I do thank you for your encouragement..and I finished the little table today...so you will see it first thing in the morning. Nothing great..nothing to write home about...but I am thrilled with it and I guess it's because it looks SOMEthing like I had hoped for.:)
    hugs..sleep tight,
