My Readers Are the *Best*

Saturday, November 10, 2012

I want to thank y'all for your help with my blog and Facebook issues.  I have followed your advice, and I only had four spam comments this morning and they went into my spam folder. Your advice is working.  Yay!  I also think that my Facebook account is secure, too.

The two posts attracting the spam:  Picnic Jug Lamp Tutorial and Halloween Decorations. Weird, huh!?!?!?

This has been an exhausting week for me and my family.  Plus, I've caught some type of flu-like virus.  I will be resting this weekend, and I plan to watch football and read blogs.  I won't be posting because I don't feel like it.

Sorry I did't post a Literary Friday post, but I was so frustrated I didn't feel like it.

I will be back on Tuesday with My Happy List.  I will be hosting the link party again for the rest of November.  Please consider participating because I'd like to encourage Mamarazzi. Methinks she needs it!  :D

I will be consuming tons of tea this weekend, too.  I have some new blends I'm looking forward to trying.

See you on Tuesday with My Happy List!

Until next time...

Blessings!
Ricki Jill

  2. I hope you feel better soon.
Glad you seem to have sorted out your spam issues.
I am completely clueless when it comes to that stuff.
I don't even have facebook yet. lol

but I don't get any spam at all on my blog so I must have done something right when setting that up :)
Enjoy your down time reading and sipping tea.

  3. I am so sorry you are sick. It has been going through our house for weeks. I finally had to take Quinn to the doctor yesterday as she was having a harder time breathing. poor babe. Rest up and get better. Are you mourning last Tuesday's results like we are?

  4. OH get better soon!

Missed you on thursday the discussion was good. Everyone that wasn't an artist did say they had trouble with the heavy descriptions, and just skipped over them. For next month we are reading Caleb's Crossing, it is heavy (at least the 20 pages I have read).

    Have a good weekend.
    Hugs

  6. Enjoy a restful weekend. Tea, blogs and football sound pretty fantastic to me. I have lots of spam on one of my posts that always makes me laugh and of course the frustrating thing is that there is not real person behind the spam just a robo....

  8. Gets lots of rest. I am just getting over a virus and I should have rested more. It left me drained, so I took some tome off yesterday afternoon.

    Feel better,

  11. Timing of you being sick is not good. Please remember to take care of yourself while you take care of others.

  12. I think sometimes stress comes out in physical ways. It's no wonder you got sick. Rest...and feel better. Enjoy your Sunday!
